The Pier is perhaps best known for its misleading name-- tourists come in from all over expecting a picturesque little fishing village below a clifftop lighthouse. Rocky beaches, perfectly-cooked lobster-- what could go wrong? Nothing, of course, but... it is dreadfully rainy. There is a reason that the Pier's remaining inhabitants have nicknamed it Typhoon Lagoon...
